The IT&D function at Reckitt is undergoing a significant transformation over the coming years and as part of this programme we are establishing key competencies, including change management, to accelerate the adoption but also to support the new operating model.ÿ
Reporting to the IT&D OCM Senior Manager this role will take coordinate and execute where relevant all change management, engagement, and communications activities for both the IT&D Transformation and business as usual. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure we are regularly communicating with our extended stakeholder community and to ensure any change resulting from our programme is embedded in the operations of our Product teams. This position is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation, management and monitoring of business readiness, communication, stakeholder engagement, Organisation alignment, Impact of Change, Training & Enablement work streams.

The Change Manager will implement and support the coordination of activities / actions to drive the new governance and ways of working.ÿ
Supporting the definition of business cases for change (for specific initiatives).
Advanced stakeholder engagement ability - the ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively develop a strong network of contacts.ÿ
Maintaining a functional-wide level communication channel through webinars, Workplace to guide the teams through the change and its success stories and learnings.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change solutions for the IT&D Transformation.
Conduct reporting, evaluation, and feedback through formal and informal channels.
Capability Building:
Build change capabilities within the IT&D Academy.ÿ
Educate, guide and coach, Impacts of Change and conducting training as required.ÿ
Guide the local Hub lead in the supervision of the local Training Coordinator activities.ÿ
Advise and coach leadership on the importance of identifying, mitigating Impact of Change and embedding the new ways of working within their business.
Essential skills / experience:
2+ years Organisational Change Management experience (Transformation, Culture and Process).
Global business /change transformation programmes.ÿ
Must have deep knowledge of Change Management and Organisation Change Management.
Expert in embedding new ways of working.ÿ
OCM governance and risk mitigation.
Organisation Design.
Coaching skills.
Change Management Certification (desirable)
