• Partnering with business functions to understand and address IT needs.
• Analyzing and discussing value drivers to identify opportunities.
• Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects with relevant stakeholders and global teams.
• Understand the business processes and identify business specific needs and innovation.
• Leveraging internal platforms or advocating new technologies to drive business objectives.
• Drive data & analytics agenda and drive data driven decision-making.
• Liaise with cross functional teams to create and implement the business strategy.
• Lead the project update meetings and drive governance as part of project management.
• Effectively managing the timelines and business priorities.
• Responsible for Quality, Risk and Compliance activities for the market with respect to Digital and tech findings and remediation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Business Partnering.
• Proven experience in project planning, forecasting, and demand management.

Skills

• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Strong facilitation and capability building skills, contributing to change management programs.
• Understanding of SAP processes is preferred.
