Job Description

Its fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what theyre doing!CureMD IT Analysts are responsible for leading the development and implementation of health information technology solutions that improve patient care and clinical workflows. They work closely with the companys leadership and product design team to align health IT initiatives with business strategies and ensure that technology solutions are effective, efficient, and meet the needs of both clinicians and patients.Requirements

  • Medical Degree (Board certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership and clinical practice (family medicine, peds, oncology, preventive care, etc)
  • Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of health IT systems, including EHRs, clinical decision support, and data analytics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Work with product teams to identify areas where technology can improve patient care and clinical workflows
  • Analyze and optimize clinical products, concepts and workflows to ensure our products deliver high quality care with ease.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that clinicians and staff are able to effectively use health IT systems
  • Evaluate, recommend and conceive new methods and or technologies to improve outcomes and clinical workflows
  • Serve as a liaison between the companys technology team and clinical staff to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of both groups.
