About this opportunity We are looking for an Implementation Manager Role who has a leading, training, mentoring, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization!The job role is used for Fiber, Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for leading all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is implemented within in the Project EHS requirements.What you will do

• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts.
• Handle work orders and compensation.
• Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
• Manage and Support Service Delivery.
• Drive Performance and Competence Management.
• Lead establishments of new projects with project teams.
• Conduct all achievements in Mentoring Programs.
• Prepare project MoPs and training materials.
• Pre and post assessment.
• Theoretical& Practical Training and FNIs.

You will bring

• Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom) with 5 - 10 years? experience of deploy system test and lead testing team, and deep knowledge in Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.
• Excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an ambitious approach.
• Coping with pressures and setbacks.
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
• Planning and organizational skills for large projects.
• Local industry and standards knowledge.
• Excellent Follow-up, Reporting and EHS Knowledge skills.
• Solid capabilities to prepare and maintain of project related MoPs.
