Job Description

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for the South Region and extend recruitment support to North and Central Regions.
  • Ensure completion and timely sharing of all recruitment documents with the Operations Team.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations and IT Team for creating employee profiles and email IDs.
  • Plan and execute orientation for all contractual and permanent employees on their joining day.
Employee Exits:
  • Conduct Exit Interviews and Handover-Takeover (HOTO) as per the established process.
Learning and Development:
  • Manage Coursera and Udemy licenses for all employees.
  • Organize in-house training sessions based on departmental requirements.
Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute monthly birthday celebrations for all regions.
  • Organize events for all regions to enhance employee engagement.
Organizational Management:
  • Maintain and update high-level and departmental organograms as needed.
Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee grievances and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the issuance of letters on a case-by-case basis.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees and line managers to facilitate annual appraisals.
Operational Management:
  • Handle day-to-day operational matters efficiently.
