Job Description

Position Title: Head of ExportsLocation: Karachi Head OfficeKey Responsibilities & deliverables:

  • Develop 3-5 Years Export Strategy for Unilever Pakistan and provide strategic leadership and direction to different functions of Export department, which includes Business development, compliance, supply chain and Finance.
  • Take full responsibility of P&L by establishing market wise competitive pricing, and allocation of marketing and trade term budgets.
  • Developing sales and distribution model in different markets, grow market share in high potential markets and expand UPL?s global footprint by expanding and appointing distributor in other markets.
  • Delivery of annual sales target for Export business , and work with the team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales target achievement.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Unilever International to establish UPL as a sourcing hub for other Unilever entities.
  • Work with Supply chain, planning, production, R&D and logistics for ensuring export pack compliance, timely execution of export orders, develop capabilities for customization and new product launches.
  • Represent UPL in various forums, both internal and external, for progress updates and to develop and present plans for growth.
