POA Solutions, an E-commerce, and technology company, is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training pieces to our graphic designer students, tailoring each session to match their experience levels, and ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sharing their graphic design expertise with others and up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver effective graphic design training sessions to our team of designers
  • Analyze the skill levels of each designer and tailor training sessions to meet their specific needs
  • Design training materials, including worksheets, exercises, and presentations
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify areas of improvement for our current design processes and provide actionable recommendations
  • Ensure that all designers are adhering to guidelines and consistently producing high-quality designs
  • Provide constructive feedback to designers on their work and assist with solving design problems
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and software and integrate them into training sessions as necessary
