1. Effectively lead the Controllership, Accounting & Reporting functions
2. Manage the unit?s financial reporting obligations, including the preparation and timely submission of statutory as well as management accounts and reports
3. Managing Global and Regional Group Reporting, External & Internal Audit and Group Compliances
4. Heading the team of General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), Assets Management, Accounts receivable (AR), Taxation and Inventory.
5. Maintain strong relations with external stakeholders (Tax authorities, Banks etc)
6. Providing strong business partnership to internal and external functions
7. Support key business initiatives by working closely with various divisions to work on business performance analysis in order to identify business risk or enhance cost efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with Audit, Tax and Treasury requirements.
9. Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, processes and policies to ensure continuous improvement and implement contemporary relevant practices.

QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1. Atleast 5+ years of post qualification experience having proven track record in the similar role in MNC/manufacturing industry.
2. Articleship from Big 4 audit firm preferred
3. CA, ACCA, ACMA, Degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting
4. Intermediate Experience with Hyperion/Oracle/SAP ERP modules.
5. Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
6. Good analytical skills along with strong interpersonal & communication skills
