, PakistanJob Family Group:ProjectsWorker Type:RegularPosting Start Date:May 26, 2023Business unit:DownstreamExperience Level: Experienced Professionals General Position Definition The Trading & Supply (T&S) Organization is the principal trading, supply, distribution and shipping business within the Shell Group.The T&S Operations Team within Trading and Supply supports the T&S businesses as the execution arm, delivering value through its HSSE focus, by ensuring compliance to standards and controls, through operational excellence and by adding further commercial optimization in conjunction with deal-makers.The T&S Operations team is supported by an internal Global Engineering Function, organized in three Regional teams, that reports to the Global TSO Engineering GM.The Facility Engineer job is part of the Regional Engineering organization in East.ÿPurpose & AccountabilitiesThe purpose of this position is to provide Engineering services to terminals, integrating the different Engineering functions and workstreams, enabling safe, reliable cost effective operations of the Storage & Handling assets and sustainment of the DGAME 6 Pillars.For the assigned terminals, the Facility Engineer will:a) Embed, sustain and improve for all assigned terminals at cluster level the AMS, ensuring the full compliance of the assets to the relevant Group Standards, including the Control Framework, and to the applicable regulatory requirements.b) Ensure the engineering team work in a collaborative way, on common priorities and as an essential part of the ?triangle? with Operations and HSSE.ÿc) Apply and drive standardised work practices and behavior through the application of leader standard work.d) Embed, sustain and improve for all assigned terminals the DGAME Manual, supporting DGAME User Tools (DUTs) and / or local operating procedures.e) Develop and maintain the Asset Master Plan as foundation of the inspection, maintenance and investment program and of the associated spend analysis.f) Support the delivery of the HSSE agenda on site, with regard to construction safety and the associated performances of the relevant Vendors.g) Ensure the safe and cost-effective delivery of the Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) program, interfacing with the other Engineering functions such as the R&I and Regional Engineering Service Team (RESL team), delivering requirements of the 6 Pillars.h) Ensure that support is provided to project engineering, construction management and construction safety for assigned projects, under the overall Project Management (PM) framework provided by the cluster portfolio lead(s), delivering requirements of the 6 Pillars.ÿi) Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for the inspection, maintenance and project activities, leveraging other Engineering functions and external resources as requiredj) Manage contractors and engineering service providers to ensure correct competent resources are in place and that they deliver to the terminal the required services on quality, on time and on costk) Ensure the Technical Authority structure is operational, and that adequate TA support is in place to deliver against ACAL and PCAP business controls.l) Support the terminal operations team in managing the Terminal in Control and the FLBM agendas, leveraging these tools to further embed, sustain and improve the Asset Management System and the required capabilities at terminal levelm) Support the terminal operations team in managing the Terminal in Control and the FLBM agendas, leveraging these tools to further embed, sustain and improve the Asset Management System and the required capabilities at terminal leveln) Support the Compliance & Assurance program, which will include the quarterly Asset Management System Reviews and the relevant LOD1/2/3 activities, ensuring a quality and timely follow up and closure of the agreed actionso) Leverage contract engineering services.ÿ Provide continuity of professional, efficient and quality support in the delivery of technical solutions and updates.p) Manage and lead, service support building a wining integrated team across multiple locations and environments in a virtual organization.DimensionsDimensions

Interfaces include: LFE, R&I Lead, RES Lead, TA?s, Operations team, Global Technical Service Team (TST), consultants and external parties - Other functional teams such as HSSE, Contracts & Procurement, Finance and PAO team.For the terminals under direct responsibility, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Engineering (Projects, inspection, maintenance and more broadly to any asset integrity and reliability matter) and represent the Engineering function to their customer, the local terminal managers and operators.The candidate must interface with both the local, terminal teams and virtually with the wider support organisation, across cultures and geographically boundaries.This position requires good communication skills across all levels of the organisation.The candidate must apply change management techniques to achieve asset management excellence.Good understanding of task key stakeholders and their expectations to end delivery.The candidate will have to support and enable the engineering team, ensuring:a) An impeccable management of the interfaces with the other Engineering functions, with regard to the R&I, S&I and Project Lead teams.b) The embedment of the continuous improvement culture on site.-Skills & RequirementsExperience and Qualifications required

• Degree in Engineering with skills and further training/qualifications in Terminal and Depot Engineering and Operations.
• Experience in Project Management and Asset Management System (ODM/DGAME or MGAME skills would be a plus).
• Excellent communication and Change Management skills
• Experience in working globally/regionally, being familiar with international practices and cultures will be an asset.ÿ
• Experience of working in a virtual environment.
• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary Engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots
• Strong communication, collaboration and team building skills with ability to work virtually across cultures
• Excellent team player and strong engagement skillsStrong competence in C&P processes , S&H Maintenance contractors and PACM process
• Familiar with IT solutionsÿ (SAP, CAPEX, AMP etc)
• Good knowledge in reliability and integrity of Distribution related equipment
