JOB DESCRIPTION:From: Talent Acquisition Subject: Internal Job PostingPosition: Export ManagerJob Grade: 16Reporting to: National Sales Manager ExportDepartment: DistributionDivision: Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) - Commercial Location: KarachiJob Summary:To Maintain Export & Distribution Related Job Functions including collaboration with distributers, export business and execute the stocks to the destinations. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports and administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.Major Responsibilities:

  • Make sales plan for the whole year of the business for Afghanistan & Bangladesh.
  • Make and execute the marketing plan for both countries product-wise based on their previous sales history and current market situation.
  • Review the sale and stock position every month as per the signed agreement.
  • Ensure advance payment against the order of each month.
  • Ensure shipment of demand order each month
  • Planning and arranging seminars, meetings, training, etc. aligned with Medical Affairs and marketing portfolio-wise.
  • Arrangements of training of the Medical Promotion Officers, Regional Sales Managers/Head of Sales Country wise.
  • Development of promotional / Detailing material and make it available for the team at their doorstep.
  • Preparing quarterly action plan in the light of yearly marketing plan.
  • Lesion with Production & distribution for smooth supply, promotional materials, and finished products.
  • Deal with all the queries related to distribution/distributor and sales force.
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
  • MBA in supply chain/Marketing from reputed University
  • At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical company
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business planning & Conflict management Skill
