If you want to work among the very best talent in the industry, working on the most innovative products in the Mobile market, Jazz is the place to be.We are looking for a person with strong background in PS Core Operations including Cloud Computing, NFVI, Data Center infrastructure, Data center design, network operations, network Integration, expertize with IP Core middle level knowledge i.e. Layer-2, Layer-3 & Firewalling concepts for 4G EPC. This is an internal organizational customers facing 24/7 shift role and the individual will have relationship building responsibility in one of Jazz network most important team with strategic growth areas.The role reports directly to the Manager PS Core Planning & Operations with an extended team of 12 team members.What is Expert, PS Core Operations?Major tasks include day-to-day handling of issues related to Cloud Computing, NFVI and EPC Networks. Collaboration with internal stakeholders (CS/IMS Core, VAS & HLR, IP Core, IN/Billing, RAN Planning & Optimization, Commercial) and external customers for issue identification and resolution. Interaction with vendor support teams for network related issues. Close coordination with EPC Planning for smooth Change Management.Role and Responsibilities

• Plan task configuration/scripting preparation and verification.
• SOP documentation preparation with testing procedure for each type of service integration
• SLA finalization to perform each type of task/activity/plan requested by marketing and commercial teams
• EPC capacities and licenses monitoring
• Quarterly Network Audits (hardware, software & Configurations)
• Service flows/documentation of each service & Internal processes definition and improvement
• Monitor Network KPIs based and reporting.
• Coordinate with different departments of planning & operation, marketing, commercial, finance
• Manage flows and trace reading
• Prepare configuration/scripting, verification and implementation.
• Prepare SOP documentation with testing procedure for each type of service integration
• Ensure SLA compliance towards external customers
• Service flows/documentation of each service & Internal processes definition and improvement
• Monitor Network KPIs based and reporting.

• Bachelor degree in Telecom/Electrical/Software Engineering
• 6-8 years of relevant experience including Cloud Computing, NFVI Core Network and EPC Service flow
• Expertise on planning & design as well and configuration preparation skills for Huawei Cloud NFVI EPC Core service Nodes.
• Deep Understanding of 2G/3G/4G Network Architecture & Flows with excellent knowledge of Open stack, NFVI and 5G Core Network (NSA / SA).
• Detailed Understanding of PS Core Nodes (SGSN, GGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, DNS, PCRF, BG, Firewall, CE switches, Routers, DEA & DRA)
• Detailed understanding of NFVI Core networks, Cloud infrastructure, Cloud Data Center design
• Experience in EPC Core fault management, performance management and configuration management.
• Should have sound knowledge in Service Awarenesa and Deep Packet Inspection.
• Should have good experience in vendor management, NFVI, VNFM, NFVO, VIM operations
• Experience in Core Network Optimization and Network parameter standardization
• Sound knowledge of VoLTE.
• Relevant experience of customer complaints handling
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Good team player with strong stakeholder management skills
