About this opportunity We are now looking for an Expert Billing Operations who will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels!What you will do

  • Serve as a billing leader within Billing operations, overseeing the daily and monthly rating, billing and collection processes
  • End to End implementation management of internal Telecommunication Billing Systems
  • Perform detailed analysis of DPI end user billing and provisioning
  • Provide support to other internal or external departmental employees involved in performing audits, implementing changes, or resolving customer order and billing issues.
  • Test and evaluate system enhancements before elevation to production.
  • Executing monthly bill run with 100% accuracy
Additional Requirements
  • Product charges, rated events, customer account information, discount information
  • Pricing adjustments, payment information, tax information and tariff billing configurations
  • Billing engine, report generation, rating engine, discount process, payment processing and credit control. Generate reports and provide feedback analysis
You will bring
  • Previous Billing experience, ideally gained within a Telecoms environment
  • IT Operations background
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • working in an Agile environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
