Auto req ID: 286047BR Main Purpose Responsible for the of Regular, Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of Process related Mechanical equipment in a shifts and General based job environment PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES The scope of includes; KMG elevators & vibrator Flow-Mech , Starch Recover system & vibrators H & C fryers Urschel Slicers R & D extruders Schaaf Oven Wink worth Mixers Key Technology Optyx Mediema equipment PC50 PC32 KK and Cheeto VO/Stores The incumbent shall be responsible for up keeping and ensuring operation condition of mentioned equipment through regular mechanical maintenance Preventive, Condition-based and Reactive) & trouble-shooting of process related Mechanical equipment independently & with support of 3P contractors. Executing cleaning lubrication inspection and tightening (CLIT) pillar of TPM. Mesh conveyors mechanical parts including bearings, Drive and all auxiliary. Gear Boxes, augers equipment structures, bearings gears. Pneumatics (SOV, Cylinders, actuators, valves, control valves) Take out conveyors (Motorized roller) rollers, chains, sprockets and drives. The incumbent shall be responsible to liaison with technical store team for review & maintaining the critical parts inventory of Mechanical related process spares. The incumbent shall be able to demonstrate competency on software and protocols including but not limited to; Technical Store & Spares Issuance SAP PM (Work Order Creation, Spare Reservation, Execution & Fulfillment) SAP Ariba based PR generation Entry Level Computer and MS Excel Skills The incumbent shall be responsible to ensure regular health check of machines & physical inventory monthly to ensure 100% reconciliation The incumbent shall be responsible to maintain 5S, initiate Kaizens and maintain discipline The incumbent shall be responsible for preparing weekly, fortnightly CLIT and machines health audit performance report of his assigned Area. The incumbent shall be responsible for effective daily shift reporting The incumbent shall be responsible to deal with contractors for assigned jobs The incumbent shall be responsible to learn & comply with EHS, HR / IR / ER and Food Safety regulations & Principals. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Process Technical Availability Unplanned Downtime Line and equipment?s stoppages due to Unplanned DT Maintenance Job Completion Compliance EHS, QA & FS and HR / IR Compliance Kaizen / Process Improvement Initiatives Delivered Downtime due to critical spares unavailability Qualifications/Requirements EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical/Be-tech 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity Sound knowledge of handling situations independently Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment. Good team player, knowledge sharing Multi-Tasking Peer relations building and good communication skills Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
