Key Responsibilities? Formulate the HR data strategy, incorporating multiple existing data assets into an AWS-centered data mesh, and create a blueprint for maintaining and distributing high quality, accessible, secure data.? Build and lead the HR Data Asset Management team to create and operate the HR data product, providing data to internal clients that range from operational reporting to advanced analytics, data visualization, and artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) model development.? Design, implement, and maintain HR?s data models and data pipelines, with associated data flows and data integration processes, in partnership with Technology.? Create, implement, and maintain scalable process for capturing key offline data, and integrating into data mesh.? Create sustainable data inventory to ensure data accessibility.? Create, in partnership with Technology, appropriate data distribution mechanisms to support operational reporting, analytics, data visualization, data science, and AI/ML.? Ensure appropriate proactive data quality for key data items that drive Product OKRs and KPIs.? Own end-to-end product processes, including development, quality assurance, serving and production management.? Ensure compliance with applicable control requirements.? Manage the team?s budget, resources, and timelines.? Communicate data strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills? Extensive experience in data management, data modeling and/or architecture, software engineering, or similar related field.? Strong knowledge of database mesh technologies, data modelling, and data integration techniques, including data warehousing, data pipelines, and data processing, including ETL.? Demonstrated track record of managing teams to deliver enterprise scale projects.? Experience working in large-scale corporate data ecosystems, resolving inconsistencies and challenges in the data through partnership with multiple data contributors.? Excellent communication, leadership, and delivery management skills.? Comfort manipulating and summarizing large quantities of data.? Ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.? Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.? Bachelor?s Degree or greater in related business, technical, or quantitative field with 7 years of relevant experience.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills? Experience constructing data meshes.? Experience in understanding and following the Agile methodology.? Experience with leveraging vendor databases, particularly Oracle HCM.? AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification and familiarity with AWS Glue.? Knowledge of banking data and concepts.?
