  • About the Role:As our platform engineering organization continues to scale, we are looking for an ambitious individual to help scale our operations, including:
    • Organizing and manage 40+ platform vendors
    • Driving special project coordination and communications working with cross functional teams
    • Improve communication by organizing org-wide events such as all-hands, offsites, product launches, retrospectives and newsletters.
    • Drive execution efficiency by supporting platform org planning activities and providing regular executive updates
    • Track platform team recruiting efforts, organizing JDs and intake forms
    • Improve engineering documentation / platform?s customer facing confluence and GDrive
    • Proactively identify and address process inefficiencies, budget risks, and organizational debt
    What We?re Looking For:
    • 1+ years experience in an operational and program management role in a Software Industry
    • BS/MS Computer Sciences/Software Engineering or related discipline. MBA is a plus.
    • Experience driving projects with an ownership mentality
    • Expertise creating/improving processes and rolling them out to large organizations
    • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Competent in data analysis and manipulation using SQL and Google Sheets/ Excel
    • Communication and writing skills: Be able to write documents and communicate effectively
    • Experience working effectively with a global team
