Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of our frontline staff. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.What Youll Do:

  • Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Support new hires during their post-training, nesting phase
  • Facilitate ongoing trainings
    • Onboarding
    • Product Training
    • Process Changes
    • Policy Changes
    • Methodologies
    • Soft Skills
  • Conduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Source and/or create Enablement content including but not limited to:
    • Structured slide decks
    • Internal Product and other One Pagers
    • Videos (including voice over and/or webinar-style/screenshare)
    • eLearning experiences
    • Email Templates
    • Talking Points/Scripts
    • Role Plays
    • Facilitator Guides
    • Sales Playbooks (SOPs not included, they are out of Enablement scope)
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in advance of training
What Were Looking For:
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
  • 1+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
  • Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors Degree in related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
