This position requires to be familiar with DevOps way of work as per agile practicesGoalsTelenor is using cloud based Oracle R12 EBS to provide IFRS 16 reporting and compliance solution having integrations with other cloud-based ERPs and Coupa. As a DevOps expert you will be working closely on integrated ERP solutions to support ERP (Oracle and Workday Financials) and IFRS 16 solutions

  • Working in DevOps environment to provide support for the delivered components
  • Responsible for providing ERP technical support to different projects for implementing of IFRS16, ERP reporting and S2P process like sourcing process, supplier management, catalogue management and Item management etc.
  • Responsible for delivering on KPIs in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and report on performance as agreed with customers
  • Responsible for operations and development of various ERP reporting solutions
Your Typical day at work
  • Development, maintenance and support on different ERP solutions hosted on on-prem and Oracle/AwS cloud/Workday Financials
  • Providing complete end-to-end solutions to issues raised by end-user
  • Monitoring / trouble shooting / performance tuning
  • Work with Oracle and Workday vendors and its respected support channels when required.
  • Work with multiple application teams and developers
Eligibility CriteriaEducation:
  • Bachelor?s degree or higher in IT/Finance/Computer Sciences or similar along with functional overview of Financials/SCM processes.
Work experience:
  • Have 4+ years of experience covering system configuration or testing or building development specification
Skillsets:
  • Experience in implementation and support of Oracle Financials and Workday Financials
  • Experience with Oracle Reports
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials (IFRS 16 and/or Property Manager), Supply chain and Projects module
  • Relevant certification/subject to experience in the tool and technology
Potential Career Path:
  • Expand and develop expertise in areas of Oracle and Workday Financials together with Record to Report and Source to Pay exposure in Global environment
  • Vertical growth in roles of DevOps Sr. Expert
