This position requires to be familiar with DevOps way of work as per agile practicesGoalsTelenor is using cloud based spend management solution known as ?Coupa? covering the sourcing & purchasing services. This is a global solution and integrated with other cloud-based ERP. As a DevOps resource you will be working closely with Procurement Systems Squad members along with customers to support their day to day operational & development activities.

• Evaluate and standardize solution based on different requirements across Telenor Business Units in the area of Sourcing, Contract, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Able to be performing analysis and recommend process improvements for the Supply chain management area
• Working in DevOps environment to provide support for the delivered components
• Ensuring operational incidents and requests are handled in a timely manner
• Providing detailed analysis and solution to end users
• Act as a technical and functional lead from procurement systems squad towards end users
• Responsible for delivering on KPIs in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and report on performance as agreed with customers
• Understand business needs and processes and provide solutions to stakeholders on the identified challenges
• Foster teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others
• Ensure that all the deliverables are on track and delivered on time which includes but is not limited to details of operational issue, documentation of relevant processes etc.

• Development, maintenance and support on procurement systems
• Providing complete end-to-end solutions to issues raised by end-user
• Monitoring / trouble shooting / performance tuning
• Coordination with the stakeholders to resolve the issues in operations & to expedite the process improvements
• Work with vendors and their respected support channels when required.
• Set up/Configure and test the system; understand and apply Agile methodologies
• Gain the trust of internal customer, teammates, and managers to make sure projects/line work get delivered

• Bachelor?s degree or higher in IT/Engineering/Computer Sciences or similar along with functional expertise over SCM processes.

• Have 1+ years of experience covering system configuration or testing or building development specification

• Coupa application knowledge
