WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will be based in Karachi, Pakistan and will be part of the Solutions Delivery team.McKinseys Delivery hub is our single window for delivery related capabilities required by clients in Pakistan and other emerging markets. As a Delivery Analyst, you fulfil a dual role; combining client services with solution development.As you develop on the Delivery pathway, you will choose an area of expertise for deeper specialization, aligned with Pakistan office priorities, and continue to shape your growth on our Partner-electable pathway.You will split your time between client engagements and internal solution development which will see you interact with a breadth of colleagues.WHAT YOULL DOYou will deliver on execution and assist in its delivery by working on McKinsey defined strategy and targets, proactively solving on-ground implementation issues, which will in turn build client capabilities. You will perform regular progress and monitoring reports.You will gather customer / market intelligence by conducting primary market research (e.g. product + pricing benchmarking, mystery shopping). Conducting operations diagnostics research (e.g. time motion analysis) is also a major part of the role.You will work on deploying specialized tools / solutions by rolling out specialized McKinsey tools and working on implementing specialized solutions.Outside of client engagements, you will help build the firms delivery capabilities by developing and maintaining delivery related assets and knowledge (e.g., manuals, tools, fact packs, case studies).
