About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):10The Team:ÿOur team governs processes and controls the index data delivery. We oversee every aspect of index data lifecycle; creating, preparing, using, storing, archiving, and deleting data, in accordance with organization?s established data governance principles. Key part of our role is to support backend feeds and linkings across various data delivery channels (feeds, platforms, etc.), covering both self-sourced data and the data we received from third parties/ vendors.The Impact: This role will deploy scalable solutions, best practices, and frameworks that create value for the overall business. If you have a good understanding/exposure of project management, Agile, and have experience in deploying small/medium scale complicated, time-critical and client impacting solutions, this role might just be for you.What?s in it for you: Learn, adopt, and implement data governance best practices that impact positively across market data. This role offers an exposure to work with multiple teams from content, product management and technology.Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for resolving data issues to identify and drive, systematic and process level improvements.?
• Development of business logics to integrate and transform various index data feeds from multiple sources into internal data structures.
• Conceive, plan and lead projects in line with department?s current and future strategy.
• Collaboration with Product Managers on identifying key client requirements and converting them into projects for successful implementation.
• Converting raw complex data into easy-to-understand information through data visualization.
• Manage, organize, clean up (LEAN) and improve all existing reports significant to the business.?
• Support client requests across all the areas of the dataset.

What We?re Looking For:

• Ability to lead independently in undirected situations and to identify creative solutions of unexpected challenges.
• Functional knowledge of SQL, building basic queries and modifying more complex ones.
• Demonstrate large data manipulation and analytical capabilities.
• Basic knowledge about backend infrastructures and data delivery mechanisms (databases/APIs/loaders, etc.). The candidate must be open to learning these skills, if not already familiar.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in evening/night shift.
