Job Description

Job Brief:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist who is responsible for the development, deployment, and enhancement of the organization?s machine learning models and advanced analytics artifacts. The candidate works with the business analysts, applications consultants, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to understand and lead in the implementation of artificial intelligence / machine learning requirements and handle end-to-end ML lifecycle from business understanding, data acquisition and transformation, modelling, and deployment.The candidate will create visualizations, presentations and summary reports of the business problems and the devised data science solution, explaining the results and business evaluation metrics based on the modelling exercise, and discuss the insights with key stakeholders to inform decision making.VentureDive Overview:Founded in 2012 by veteran technology entrepreneurs from MIT and Stanford, VentureDive is the fastest growing technology company in the region that develops and invests in products and solutions that simplify and improve the lives of people world-wide. • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms,
• Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to business problems,
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns,
• Acquire, process, clean, and put in usable format both structured and unstructured data,
• Perform exploratory data analysis and present information using data visualization techniques,
• Experiment with different models to solve problems and hand and select the best model based on model evaluation and business metrics,
• Operationalize machine learning models for both batch scoring and online scoring,
• Monitor deployed ML models for data drift and initiate models retraining when required,
• Develop ML pipelines to automate the workflow of ML models? lifecycle,
• Conduct research and develop AI/ML prototypes and proof of concepts,
• Evaluate new and emerging AI/ML technologies,
• Keeps track of industry best practices and trends and through acquired knowledge, takes advantage of process and system improvement opportunities,
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in fields like Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Certifications on data science, machine learning, AI such as Microsoft Data Scientist or AI Engineer is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge and experience in machine learning and deep learning using ML platforms like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Advanced working knowledge and experience using Python, SQL, and R for machine learning.
• Experience in data acquisition, transformation, and visualization using Python libraries, R, and SQL
• Experience in Big Data ML projects using tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop etc.
• Experience of ML implementation using cloud computing in Azure, AWS, Google, IBM etc.
• A successful history of building predictive models, NLP, and computer vision applications.
• A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting insights from large, disconnected datasets.
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages like C#, Node, JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
• Must have a good understanding of CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with data science, mathematics, and statistical analysis

• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and collaboration with business system and data products owner.
• Previous experience working with different business systems including ERP, HRMS, Supply Chain or financial solutions is required.

Required Experience:Must have:

• 5+ years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience,
• Experience with data visualization tools ? Power BI, Tableau preferred
• Experience with popular libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing large datasets.
• SaaS and Open-Source GenAI models fine-tuning, datasets preparation, evaluation, and security
• Open-source GenAI models Quantization and performance enhancements techniques
• Open-source GenAI production deployment and monitoring (both on-prem and cloud)
