Ensure Business Contingency Plan strategy is in place for the team
Provide Monthly Performance Metrics
Assist in projects on data interfaces between systems such as defining project scope, data requirements and sources/resources
Ensure updating of SOPs/Job Aids
Participate in special projects revolving around data clean-ups, process improvement analysis and reporting to plan & estimate efforts during analysis & requirements gathering phase
Convert business problem statements into cost effective, scalable, reliable & user friendly solutions
Highlighting discrepancies in processing data to ensure consistency between global locations
Performing Quality Assurance checks for processes in scope
Resolving QA related queries
Identifying process and knowledge gaps in areas under review
Independence in problem solving and issue ownership
Root cause analysis for identified quality gaps
Establishing and maintaining a good working relation with internal partners
Track projects and process in related metrics
Ad-hoc project work on data-related initiatives
Propose and work on process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
University Graduate
10+ years? experience in financial services, AML, Securities Operations or related banking activities as an asset
5 years of people management experience
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage global partners and requestors
Ability to handle matrix reporting for self and teams
