Job Description

DuPont E&I is seeking a Data & BI Specialist to join Data & Reporting team. As part of this team, you will have a high impact on a strategic digital transformation initiative with the opportunity to work with global team of Data scientists and Analysts.OVERALL FUNCTION: In this role you will work in a team of data engineers and BI Specialists to build the future of Industry 4.0 by developing Data Pipelines . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and highly collaborative: able to deliver high quality Data PipelinesPosition activities include

  • Responsible for performing Data Validations in different ETL tools (Excel/SQL Server/DataBricks etc.)ÿ by writing Advanced SQL queries
  • Responsible for remediating Data issues of multiple Data Engineers and BI Specialists
  • Work closely with BI Architects and other Solution delivery team members during multiple phases of the project and build BW solutions
  • Prepare Functional, Technical Design and end to end Data Flow Documents for End-to-End Reporting Flows
  • Design and develop the reporting objects in the system as per the defined BI Architecture Standards
  • Perform technical unit testing of the developed solution and peer code reviews of team member solutions and fix any defects and performance problems discovered. Investigate and fix/recommend solutions for production issues
  • Follow the defined Project Management and Change Management Processes
  • Collaborate with the team and business partners to provide end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions
  • Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.ÿ
Job Qualifications To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
  • 5-7 years of relevant IT experience (Data Analytics, Data Engineering)
  • Strong BW Technical knowledge with large Scale Implementation experience in executing complex BW data Warehouse Architecture
  • Strong HANA Views based Modeling.
  • Strong SAP Functional knowledge in 1 or more modules is must.
  • Working knowledge in SAP ERP in 1 or more module is must.
  • Visualization tools like Power BI Hands On experience is Must
  • Experience around Building SAP Data Warehouse in Cloud native technologies like azure analytical services is preferable.
  • Strong Advanced SQL wrangling skills is must
  • Experience in python & Databricks will be preferable.
  • Data warehousing concepts like Star Schemas /Master /Transactional/facts Dimensions is must.
Core Tools & Concepts: -
  • SAP BW & Analytical Modeling Tools like HANA
  • Advanced SQL
  • DataBricks
  • Python
  • SAP functional knowledge like Supply Chain/OTC etc is must.
  • Basic Power BI
