  • Creation and update of regular GfK-internal performance reporting
  • Creation and deployment of ad-hoc survey projects
  • Quality Assurance and Checks of internal data quality
  • Provide end-user-support for GfK-internal users
  • Platform User management
  • Cell Creation & maintenance
  • General Sales & Customer Support
  • Client Subscription Setup & maintenance
  • Data Loading & QC in test environment
  • Data Quality Assurance
  • Active Participation in weekly sprints, working group, development meetings
  • Maintenance SharePoint Documents
