About this opportunity!We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer?s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.What you will doYou will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activitiesDrive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issuesHandle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer eventsHandle project finance: ensure financial system monitoringDevelop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meetingDevelop the CPM subject area: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideasYou will bring!Education: Bachelor?s degree in Telcom or engineeringMin years of experience: 5 years in Project ManagementDomain-experience: RAN and TransmissionFinancial Competence & Analysis SkillsBusiness Understanding and Consultative Selling SkillsCustomer and Market InsightNegotiation, Persuading, Influencing and Project Management SkillsOccupational Health & Safety (OHS)Leading, supervising, Planning & organizingProficiency with the English LanguageAdditional Requirements:PMP certification is requiredPreferred exp with Ericsson tools and productsContract management3rd pp supplier?s management experienceEncouraging a diverse and inclusive organization is core to our values at Ericsson, thats why we nurture it in everything we do.
