Job Description

Position: ÿCSM Export and ImportLocation: Head OfficeJob Responsibilities:

  • Manage import export operations in compliance with all government laws & licensing regulations.
  • Understand in depth & up-to-date knowledge of local & international customs tariff laws & shipping rules & regulations,
  • Able to manage complex international transactions and understand the legal implications of doing business across borders.
  • Administer import & export documentation in compliance with local & international customs & banking rules & regulations.
  • Ability to analyze streams of data including forecast biases, customer ordering trends to help advise business to make informed decisions on order fulfilment.
  • Active participation in regional project networks in conjunction with local R&D, QA, Factory, regional & UI teams
  • Managing intercompany orders & customers in conjunction with UI & Capgemini teams ÿ
  • Align production schedule with suppliers, local factory planners & 3Ps in accordance with customer order & shipping deadlines.
  • Review & negotiate with forwarding agent on ocean freight rates, vessel schedules to align shipping arrangements with warehouse staff ÿ
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make quick decisions and plan to meet tight deadlines with operational & monetary consequences.
