Overview:We are seeking an incumbent who will be responsible to handle the operational activities via OTC Tool ?Ma!n? which includes credit maintenance, CTP, dispute management modules, under the supervision of Manager Credit Control. The person will also support customer visits, shared service collaboration, allocation of invoices with sales proceeds, month-end etc.If this exciting opportunity interests you and you meet the criteria below, please apply.Role and Responsibilities:?Maintain the modules of Credit and Collection Treatment Plan under the tool.?Coordinate with Shared Service team for their assigned KPIs.?Support during month-end closing with Order to Cash related tasks.?Visit customers for dispute resolution under the direction of line manager.?Perform other assigned tasks by the line manager.˙Skills, Qualifications & Experience:?Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Finance at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience/qualification in relevant field.?Proficient knowledge about finance procedure and policies.?Must have excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.?Command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
