Our passion for sustainability makes us one of the top 10 greenest companies in the world.See#SignifyLifethrough the eyes of our employees!We?re looking for a C&C Lead who?ll be responsible for managing & organizing the Collections and Queries activities according a clear policy in terms of efficiency (priority setting, to do lists, shared customers, registration & follow up) and effectiveness (minimal overdues and queries).Based in Karachi,yYou?ll be part of the Signify Finance team in Pakistan, so solution oriented and problem solving must be in your DNA. Working with the Finance team at Signify is dynamic. You will learn through disruptive challenges. We?re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. What you?ll do

  • Coordinate and support collections and queries activities between businesses and third party providers (who executes a most collections).
  • Organize, support and develop accounts receivable process
  • Establish, implement, and maintain an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written off
  • Execute the collection process for defined strategic customers
  • Perform remaining enabling Order to Cash activities (e.g. credit notes with open items)
  • Organize, support and develop cash & collection process ? Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from sectors
  • Provide leadership and direction to departmental staff
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. -Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. -Build productive internal/external working relationships.

  • A Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting with atleast 6 years of relevant experience
  • Profound knowledge of customer base and Signify business models
  • Customer service focus
  • Show determination to achieve excellent results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Project management: development and deployment of new processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of SAP and Customer Master data process
