As you work to make a real impact on the business and the world, we?ll work to help you become a better you.Position Summary:Leads all logistical movements and manages the country-wide distribution networks of warehouses to optimize Unilever?s supply chain processes. This role will be the flagbearer for developing operational and logistical capabilities required for the disruption in the last mile delivery to ensure reduced time taken to deliver Unilever products to the customers across Pakistan. This individual will be tasked to facilitate the transparency measures within the organization between various levels to improve capacity-building measures. The role requires a customer mindset, proactivity, and a strong bias for action.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an expansive distribution network stretching to the farthest corners of the country through cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure timely dispatching and vehicle movements across the various levels of the supply chain starting from inbound operations to primary, secondary, and frozen operations
  • Lead and own the delivery fleet across Pakistan guaranteeing on-time delivery of stocks
  • Coordinate and support the management of all the ambient, frozen, and temperature-controlled warehouses across the country
  • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to install newer strategies targeted at disrupting and reducing the last mile delivery
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a high cost-management acumen to improve the existing mechanisms and drive efficiency within Unilever?s logistical functions
  • Facilitate the conversations across various levels within and both across function(s) to improve transparency

What will you need?
  • At least five years of Leadership experience within either field sales with customer management experience or factory experience
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with relevant SC insights
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, all with different KPIs, and seamlessly synthesize a Plan of Action acceptable to all
  • Agile mindset, leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong desire to act
  • High on accountability and responsibility as the role offers excellent empowerment and autonomy
  • A combination of Engineering and Business background will be a plus point!
