This is one such role!?Coordinator Strategic Supplier Partnership is responsible for supervision and oversight of pharmacovigilance activities outsourced to globally funded External Service Providers (ESPs).Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:? Support set up of new ESPs and maintenance of existing ESPs.? Responsible for maintenance/update ESP Governance documentations.? Support team with contract developments and coordination activities with procurement? Support ESP account management including but not limited to GDDB account, Citrix account etc.? Support implementation of ESP governance and oversight of outsources activities? Act as Point of Contact (POC) for ESP IT issues.? Support development of transition and project plans and offer guidance to other functional teams at Novartis to prepare project plans? Facilitate and manage interactions between both ESPs and Novartis functional teams including planning and logistics of periodic committees/meetings and performs follow-up on the actions originating from such meetings/routine interactions? Support partner organizations during audits and inspections for logistics, documentation, CAPAs and corresponding audit compliance with closure of finding (if any), alert Novartis management of pending compliance issues, audit findings at partner siteDiversity & Inclusion / EEONovartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum Requirements? Life Science Graduate with Minimum one year of broad experience in pharmacovigilance, and knowledge of drug safety regulatory requirements? Minimal experience working with global cross-functional diverse teams desirable? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.? Results driven, self-starter with proactive working style, committed and accountable, transparent working style also under pressure.?
