Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Job Role / Responsibilities:Reporting to the Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for Hepatitis-C elimination project and operational management of Medical Centres operational management of Medical Centre Karachi, ensuring smooth service and patient satisfaction.Your job responsibilities will include:

  • responsible as central contact person for Hepatitis-C elimination project
  • develop and maintain performance and quality indicators for Hepatitis-C elimination project
  • coordinate with administration, faculty, nursing and HR to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
  • develop monthly analytical reports to facilitate taking informed decisions
  • facilitate implementation of renovation and expansion plans
  • ensure compliance with all aspects of clinical and corporate governance and legislation
  • handle patient complaints and crisis situation in most professional manner and deal with the law enforcing agencies on behalf of the hospital whenever required
  • develop and implement control systems to prevent, detect and correct all misstatements, errors and forgeries
  • ensure a high level of patient focused orientation among the staff to facilitate provision of quality health care services
  • actively be involved in hospital marketing and meet corporate customers on a weekly basis
  • coordinate CME and other health awareness programmes on a regular basis.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
  • a Bachelor?sdegree, Master?s degree would be preferred
  • a minimum 3 to 4years of relevant experience, preferably in health care
  • strong andeffective written and oral communication skills
  • good managementand organizational skills.
