  • responsible to maintain overall facility and plant, in compliance with standard operating procedures
  • supervise and carry out repair and maintenance jobs related to the Oxygen Generation Plant
  • record all required information on job activities to maintain history in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • supervise and execute planned preventive maintenance of all the related equipment of the oxygen generation plant like air compressors, air dryers and air handling equipment
  • responsible to provide smooth operation of the plant, to make sure the availability of oxygen all the time to the patient care areas
  • responsible to log all the parameters of the plant on an hourly basis in the logbook to maintain the operational history, and also responsible to share daily and weekly reports with immediate reporting
  • responsible to monitor the plant through the BMS system for the early detection of any fault
  • responsible to maintain the spare parts and inventory on a proactive basis
  • cleaning, dusting and repairing equipment, such as replacing defective valves and removing carbon from valves, using hand tools and air hoses
  • responsible to follow all the safety procedures prior to performing any repair and maintenance
  • responsible to perform shift duty as per the defined shift schedule.
Requirements˙˙˙You must have:
  • bachelor in technology (minimum), bachelor in engineering (preferred)
  • minimum 5-7-years of relevant experience
  • knowledge of Oxygen Generation Technology (PSA and VSA)
  • knowledge of Screw Air Compressors (Multistage)
  • excellent skills in troubleshooting of Medical Air Technology
  • ability to understand and write English & Urdu
  • awareness of Computer Skills
  • knowledge of preventive maintenance.
