This heritage has given us experience and capabilities that also enable us to help people defeat obesity, haemophilia, growth disorders and other serious chronic diseases.As a Content Specialist within the Commercial Excellence (CE) Department, you will be working closely with our cross functional stakeholders to deliver on our Multichannel Engagement (MCE) strategy and drive meaningful content experiences to our customers.The PositionAs the Content Specialist you will partner with our marketing and medical colleagues to reach out and engage our customers through our impactful digital channels.You will be responsible to:

  • Collaborate with marketing team and own the preparation, approval and publishing of product promotional campaigns, email campaigns and website updates.
  • Execute on the defined promotional campaign strategies, with close management of content through internal approval process and controlling live content, ensuring Novo Nordisk branding guidelines and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Draft, localize and have ready-to-go brand content for different digital channels following the channel best practices like email, WhatsApp, rep triggered emails.
  • Ensure effective coordination and service delivery timelines with vendors including testing all campaigns prior to launch to ensure seamless customer experience and compliance standards are followed.
  • Update and improve our existing content for enhanced customer and user experience, track all KPIs and help build and analyse monthly/quarterly/annual reports and identify areas of improvement/success based on channel campaign reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any of them (communications, healthcare science).
  • 1 to 2 year work and/or internship experience in a relevant field (Branding/Advertising, pharmaceutical, pharma advertising, medical communications, or life sciences)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with proficiency in excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.), powerpoint and word
  • Track record of creating and managing content programs with demonstrated business results and a disciplined self-starter.
  • Digital & Social media content/copy development + proofreading skills (experience in this regard will be an added advantage).
