Your Role ? International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! In Collaboration with respective Project Manager, as a Commercial Project Manager you are responsible for the commercial project management in the execution. This includes revenue recognition, project cost management, contract management, accounting and cash flow management, opportunity and risk management, foreign currency management, monitoring of bank guarantees as well as project specific insurance. Key Responsibilities: ? Responsible for the accuracy of the overall project books and records including project forecasting and proper invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms ? Achieving all the Financial KPIs in line with the Budget and Forecast such as Revenue, Profits, Cash and other financial aspects relating to the project ? Ensures compliance with -Financial Reporting Guidelines and relevant Tax regulations. ? Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities of assigned Projects ? Actively communicate with customers commercial representatives and timely manages solution of commercial issues ? Bring Ideas of digitalization and its implementation in relevant areas to bring more dynamics into business analysis ? Drive initiatives for further improvement of business profitability and efficiency ? Driving detailed deviation analysis and scenario planning for assigned projects over all key financial figures - Orders, Revenue, Costs, Gross Margin, Cash ? Monitoring, controlling, and updating of project costs & risks, accruals, provisions, Warranty Provisions and Project inventory for assigned Projects ? Responsible for management of customer invoice submission and cash receipt of project milestone payments, according to customer contract and guidelines ? Responsible for management of Project Inventory Your Qualifications And Skills ? CA Finalist / MBA Finance ? Minimum 3 years of Experience ? Good knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP ? Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills ? Proficiency in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment What else do you need to know?
