Job Description

We are looking for sales professionals across multiple cities in Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad and Peshawar) with a deep understanding of regional markets who can thrive in a high stakes environment, to drive our regional sales strategy. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, while displaying a knack for sales growth, then this opportunity is perfect for you!What You Will Do

  • Drive the sales strategy for the region, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that agreements are favorable to both the client and the company while closing deals that drive revenue growth.
  • Understand the unique needs of clients within the logistics sector to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Contribute to the regional sales strategy with your on-ground experience in the market and client feedback
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that our services are aligned with their needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales within last mile logistics
  • Strong understanding of logistics and courier services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of regional markets, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
