S&P Global Sustainable 1The Role: Commercial Business AnalystThe Team:We are seeking an analyst to work closely with our Reporting & Analytics lead in the build out, maintenance, and testing of our Reporting & Analytics tool set.ÿ Support is needed on presentation & process design documentation, managing a regular cadence of reporting delivery, assist in gathering inputs and scheduling meetings.ÿ Each analyst will assist in projects that help enable the successful achievement of the Sustainable1 objectives.ÿIndividuals in these roles will gain knowledge of the Sustainable1 product suite and our Commercial approach to supporting our internal clients.ÿ These persons will develop an understanding of the content, data structures and processes within each division as well as a central Salesforce system to provide relevant reporting and create operational process structures.ÿLeading candidates will be able to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and be seeking to continually take on more challenging and independent assignments.ÿ A strong operational mindset, client focus and an understanding of both Salesforce data sets, and Commercial workflows preferred.ÿThe Impact: Within the Sustainable1 Commercial Strategy & Enablement Team, the Business Analyst will play a vital role in building out internal reporting capabilities, responding to requests for data and visual content, participating in platform testing, and providing operational support for ongoing business needs.We are seeking to fill two positions for Business Analyst that will help support both our Enablement team and the larger Sustainable1 Commercial organization.Tasks for each position will be further delineated upon selection of candidates and their skill sets.What?s in it for you:Responsibilities:

• Develop reporting & analytical capabilities that crosses multiple areas of a business that will provide actionable insights and solve or answers business needs.
• Deliver reporting and prepare presentation documentation related to key sales and engagement metrics to a variety of stakeholders.
• Support requests for creating content (e.g. PowerPoint decks, charts, tables, infographics, etc). Organizes, writes, revises, and produces relevant content for use by the team, Sustainable1 stakeholders and divisional partners.ÿ Ensures that content remains up to date.
• Create reporting and processes to support compensation reporting and payouts.
• Engage with various workstreams and divisional partners on initiatives that will further enable the Sustainable1 Commercial teams.
• Gain a strong understanding of relevant Salesforce data and perform user acceptance testing on new initiatives.
• Track requests and outcomes related to sales and renewal proposals.ÿ
• Identify & raise up data quality issues by establishing reports that check for irregularities or absence of data under a process of continual refinement

What We?re Looking For: Qualificationsÿ

• Proficient with information management and visual communication tools including, Smartsheet, Salesforce Reporting tools, Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint.ÿ Experience with Tableau CRM is a plus.ÿ
• Process-minded approach to problem solving, detailed oriented and ability to implement processes and thinking critically about how to amend and evolve them whenÿneededÿ
• Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reviewing/editing content, appropriate use of screenshots and validation for consistency and accuracy
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceÿrequired.
