The ideal candidate must have confidence and discipline to cold-call potential customers, as well as should possess consultative selling skills to engage potential customers in accordance to their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection positively.Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience as a Cold Calling Specialist .
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients in the U.S. from provided leads and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate estimates.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities, understand clients requirements and acquisition.
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective U.S. clients
  • Qualify leads to identify potential clients and determine their needs and interests.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales scripts and processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in the U.S.
  • Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
  • Communicate with clients through voice/Video calls.
  • Manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Document information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements?Proven experience as a Cold Calling Expert or similar sales role, specifically dealing with U.S. clients.?Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a neutral accent or familiarity with U.S. cultural nuances.?Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.?Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.?Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.?Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Basic understanding of IT services, solutions, and technology trends.?Goal-oriented and disciplined mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.?Any additional certifications in inside sales or BD are advantageous.?Benefits
