Job Description

Position Civil EngineerLocation Reko Diq Mine Site ? BalochistanQualification Bachelor?s in civil engineering / Geotechnical Engineering (MSc will be a plus)Experience

  • Minimum 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Team / project management experience is desirable.
Requirements
  • Familiar with 2D / 3D modelling techniques
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Supervise / manage all the geotechnical aspects of civil infrastructure construction
  • Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, geology, and mine planning for civil designs
  • Review / manage geotechnical design processes for civil infrastructure
  • Communicate and document civil fieldworks and remote in timely manner
  • Develop good working relationships with consultants / contractors
  • Seek improvements to safeguard people, equipment and resources through monitoring programs, designs, blasting, data acquisition and analysis to deliver on study programs and production
  • Work on complex problems and implement solutions through multi-disciplinary teams
  • Track and update quarterly and annual budgets; and assist with long-term budget inputs
  • Supervise contractors, junior engineers and technicians in field work and data collection
  • Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly project progress reports
