As a process improvement specialist, you will review and analyze the performance of various procedures within the Support team and make recommendations for improvements. You will support critical diagnostic and re-engineering efforts for our Operations teams with the ultimate goal of improving both customer experience and operational performance by developing and implementing new processes to meet business goals.What Youll Do:

• Process design, development and implementation to meet business goals.
• Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics.
• Actively seek innovative ways of improving existing systems and processes
• Evaluating customer experience surveys and facilitating improvements
• Communicate and coordinate with business stakeholders to determine/document business and user requirements and process flow definitions
• Present recommendations and findings of new process re-designs to various stakeholders,
• Create, update, and maintain business processes and any process changes from process improvement initiatives
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business processes and structure
• Create, modify, and maintain standard operating procedure documents (SOPs)
• Identify and bring forward to management and leadership new Process Improvement project opportunities.
• Prepare detailed plans to track process performance and assure timely achievement of deliverables.

What Were Looking For:

• • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Process Improvement role or its equivalent

• Strong understanding of Customer Service processes from the customer, agent and business perspectives.

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and project management skills.

• Interpersonal skills, ability to work individually or in teams.

• Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict to ensure buy-in and common goals.

• Outstanding team facilitation to manage implementation efforts.

• Six-Sigma, Lead Development, Continuous Improvement experience would be a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong presentation skills including building, leading, teaching and delivering.

• • Ability to manage and influence different types of people across various groups

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

• Strong Analytical Skills

• • Worked both as an individual contributor and in a team setting

• High level of competence with MS Visio and Google docs/sheets
