You will be identifying business opportunities and negotiating contracts with potential and existing agents in your area. We?ll want you to succeed and meet your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store, managing the end-to-end sales process. You will work closely internally with marketing, operations, compliance and finance to ensure that the network and agent partners deliver on our strategy and business goals.We will need you to have client-facing working experience, preferably in the retail banking, card or payment industry, and a proven track record in either solution-based selling or account management. You will use your knowledge of local rules and regulations governing the banking and financial industry to effectively navigate through the legal and compliance landscape. Coupled with a go-getter attitude, you will be goal orientated with a flexible but detailed mindset.
