As a full-time on-site BizDev Associate you will be responsible for and assist with a wide range of different strategic and practical tasks. This will involve everything from structuring the hiring process and interacting with potential candidates, helping with financial planning, and supporting with fundraising. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunitiesAs one of the first Karachi based BizDev members your responsibilities will also include general operations, such as sourcing and managing tech equipment and organising team events. Depending on your strengths and preferences you will have the chance to grow and develop in areas that interest you the most.The perfect candidate is one who has recently graduated with a BBA or similar degree and is looking to get first hand experience with building and scaling an international company.
