Overview:Are you a seasoned problem solver with a knack for uncovering opportunities and driving results? In this role, youll be the first point of contact for all matters related to acquiring small businesses. From deal sourcing to valuation and everything in between, youll take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize advanced data manipulation techniques to extract insights from various sources. Take ownership of the business acquisition process from start to finish.
    • Analyze challenges and devise innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
    • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including potential sellers, investors, and internal team members.
    • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making processes.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decisions and evaluate potential acquisitions.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets and industry trends.
    • Evaluate market dynamics, competition, and growth opportunities to assess the viability of potential deals.
    • Bring a creative mindset to problem-solving and deal structuring.
    • Develop innovative strategies to enhance the acquisition process and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business acquisition.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Extensive experience in conducting market research and performing financial analysis.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to tackle business challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
