Job Description

Last Date to Apply:19th August, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a contract based position.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:Role revolves around planning & initiating requirements for development on various systems and platforms in order to enable the value chain.Your Impactful Goals will include:

  • Maintaining close contact with stakeholders to identify and work on the areas of improvement.
  • Developing and documenting B2B processes & policies to enable the value chain to execute operations thus contributing to the business strategy.
  • Securing processes & policies with the relevant stakeholders e.g. Segments & Products, Channel, Regulatory, Finance, Technology etc.
  • Act as a value chain integrator and ensure implementation of defined processes, supported by reliable systems.
  • Plan and disseminate the updates/changes related to processes & policies in a standardized manner to all stakeholders.
Your Typical Day will look like:
  • Close coordination with PD and technology for the execution for systems & products developments
  • Interact and mediate with external vendors and internal technology teams for third party systems integrations
  • Interaction with Channel touch-points to look for improvement areas in current systems and processes
  • Apply problem solving approach and come up with proposals for systems and processes improvements to support business
  • Engage stakeholders from relevant teams for preparing and finalizing process & Policy documents
  • Effective information dissemination to stakeholders via Emails, WhatsApp and other mediums
