Join us a valued member of a top-performing team.As a Security Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase with Tech GRC Product Line Team, you are part of an agile team that works to deliver software solutions that satisfy pre-defined functional and user requirements with the added dimension of preventing misuse, circumvention, and malicious behavior. As an emerging member of the security engineering team, you execute basic software solutions through the design, development, and troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical area, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.Job responsibilities

  • Executes standard security solutions in accordance with existing playbooks to satisfy security requirements for internal clients (e.g., product, platform, and application owners)
  • Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
  • Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required Experiences
  • Should have been working for at least four years as a Cloud Architect/Cloud Engineer and have worked on AWS Cloud services like compute, storage, databases, network, streaming, serverless, application integration, monitoring & alerting, Identity & Access Management.
  • Should have done Infrastructure coding using CloudFormation/Terraform and Configuration Management using Chef/Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience of working on containers and its orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Has good knowledge and understanding of Network Security, Security Architecture and Secured SDLC practices
  • Should have worked on creating CI/CD pipelines using one or more tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or Circle CI). Also should have worked on ETL frameworks / Data pipelines on AWS Cloud.
  • Should have worked on two or more Scripting languages (Python/Shell)
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering and building Cloud-native Data Platform is highly desirables
Desirable Skills
  • Having some background or coursework in Computer Science
  • AWS certifications(Solution Architect, Data Analytics, Database), Kubernetes certification or the likes.
  • AWS security services like Guard Duty, Inspector, Cognito, WAF & Shield.
  • Worked on one or more Programming language (preferably Python/Java). Also worked on building data lake or data lakehouse.
