Segment: S&P Global Market IntelligenceThe Role: Associate Scrum MasterGrade (relevant for internal applicants only): 10The Location: Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, IslamabadThe Team: ˙The primary mandate of the CIQ ART is to maintain the performance and stability of the Capital IQ platform which is extremely critical to the continued success of the Desktop business.˙ We ensure the Platform is scalable for the increased usage growth, modernize where necessary, perform mandatory maintenance, BAU and general systems upkeeping. ˙The Impact: The Scrum Master position at S&P Global works with stakeholders and team members across regions to facilitate the delivery of customer value using the Scaled Agile Framework. The Scrum Mater contributes significantly to their team?s success by acting as a servant leader and coaching towards continuous improvement while executing on predefined business priorities.What?s in it for you:

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long term value to our customers.
  • Act as Servant leader to an Agile team
  • Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from agile best practices and values
  • Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
  • Guide the Agile team to consistently delivery customer value
  • Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams
  • Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
  • Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency
What We?re Looking For: Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Self confidence
  • Strong sense of urgency when needed
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Team-first, servant leader mentality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or CSM
  • Scaled Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban experience
