The Role: Associate Product Manager - Usage & AnalyticsÿÿGrade: 9ÿ(relvant for internal employees)The Location: Islamabad, PakistanÿThe Team: The Usage Team is responsible for accurately collecting and disseminating our customer product usage data throughout S&P Global Market Intelligence. The Team supports development efforts for our foundational data collection infrastructure and non-development projects related to data analysis to provide actionable business insights. Our Team values integrity, collaboration, and quality performance from one another and the data we deliver.ÿThe Impact: We serve internal customers, which, in turn, help our end users through improved service and product experiences. The data we provide has high-level visibility and impact across the organization for defining and achieving growth targets.ÿÿWhat?s in it for you:ÿÿ

• Work with the newest technologies to collect and analyze user-behavior dataÿ
• Collaborate with all levels of Product Management across the Desktop organization to provide the highest-quality insightsÿ
• Gain valuable experience in back-end product deliveryÿ
• Contribute to a team with opportunities for expansion and growthÿ

Responsibilities:ÿÿ

• Ensure consistent delivery of features with our Usage Engineering development team, solving problems and maintaining an organized product backlogÿ
• Govern our newest data collection and analytics tool and recommend updates as the business continues to growÿ
• Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum Teamÿ
• Collaborate within the Usage Product Management team on best practices and improved processes for data deliveryÿ
• Educate teammates on our data offerings and how they can help improve our productsÿÿ
• Contribute to the Usage Reporting Team strategyÿ
• Other responsibilities as assignedÿ
