Whether you are managing projects or liaising with others, your contribution in this team will help in making our work easier and faster so that we can deliver breakthroughs that change patients lives.What You Will AchieveIn your role, you?ll perform planning or coordination activities to enable repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, machines and/or equipment.ÿYou maysupport work related to conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.As an Associate Manager, you will be involved in managing work teams in a division, along with technical and financial resources of the team. You will coach your direct reports on day-to-day activities. and be relied on to solve complex problems within your area of expertise.It is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It

• Arrange to perform Preventative / Reliability Maintenance Plan, assist maintenance manager for establishing departmental KPIs to demonstrate collaborative performance. ÿ
• Arrange to Carryout equipment maintenance of production, material handling and utilities equipment in the plant, troubleshooting of the production equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
• Installation and commissioning of new or refurbished equipment?s. Assist capital project team for the designing, execution and commissioning of capital projects and participate equipment qualification exercise and SAT to confirm new equipment performance before commencement for routine operation.
• Ensure and maintain upkeep of machine, support mechanical team to carryout trouble shooting, when required.
• Plan and arrange timely calibration of critical and non-critical gadgets in coordination with Manager maintenance and related area managers. ÿ
• Assist utility team for maintenance and operation of utility equipment in order to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Facilitate equipment change overs of machines when required for scheduled products or to meet production targets for range of products.
• Take part in Operational Excellence initiatives, site IMEx initiatives to improve efficiency, bring cost effective innovative ideas to demonstrate continual improvement, ÿ
• Make own development plan and demonstrate progress, assist teammates for developing their development plan to progress. ÿ
• Maintain site electronic security system and PABX system, arrange installation and maintenance of security surveillance system installed at senior executives. Facilitate digital team for ensuring continuity of network connectivity.
• Support PQS implementation, Quality system implementation initiatives, facilitate Manager Maintenance and Utilities team lead for addressing maintenance challenges, completing quality documentation to ensure full compliance. Support site Business Continuity Management plan to ensure supply continuity.
• Support site Quality and EHS team to manage internal and external audits and join regulatory audits and inspections and address identified gaps well in time to ensure compliance.
• Participate all Quality/GMP, EHS, IMEx, and other trainings, complete assigned training in system well in time to avoid overdue.
• Perform task to meet organizational challenges whenever assign by Maintenance team lead or departmental lead.

QualificationsÿMust-Have

• Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial,ÿadditionally, MS/MBA
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to manage teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Good understanding of Electrical Power distribution system of HT & LT supplies and related equipment, including operation and maintenance of stand-by generators and sub-stations switchgears, upgrade projects.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
• Sound knowledge of fundamental of Electrical power distribution system in Process Industry, basics of Analytical skills, Pneumatics, Industrial Electronic and electrical control System.
• Plan and conduct periodic and break down maintenance.
• Liaison with city utility authorities.
