The role manages HR operations activities and provides support to the business and employees on all aspects of HR.

Monthly Payroll Data entry and verification in collaboration with Finance
WorkDay Updates for employee data various changes : joining, leaving, job changes, promotions etc
Data analysis and reporting for various purposes, business planning, salary surveys etc
Manage Various Benefits ( eg medical insurance, out patient medical, car policies etc) and facilitate revisions in policy and communications.
Support HR Manager with recruitment and onboarding processes and internships
Play a lead role in employee engagement activities, leading and participating in Employee Networks and various Employee Events.
Ensure maintenance of critical employee records and focus on simplification.
Have a good understanding of labor laws and support on legal matters.
Support and guide employees and managers on all HR topics: compensation, benefits, learning, various HR processes
