And we do it all in a planet-friendly sustainable manner.The Assistant Order processing and Logistics officer is responsible for Order processing and logistic arrangements of finished goods from the Faisalabad PlantCore Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Order monitoring of customers who are coming through customer portal. Checking stock levels and their payment status. Remove any error in the order and timely processing them in SAP system to generate delivery notes for vehicle. In case no payment inform customers to send their payments to proceed with orders.
• Logistics arrangements at Faisalabad Plant: Negotiate with transporters to arrange vehicles for finished goods dispatch to customers according to given plan by the planning section. Ensure the timely arrival of vehicles at Faisalabad Also ensure good & clean conditions of the vehicles.
• Dispatch and Return: The company supplies liquid glucose to different customers in Pakistan in Returnable drums. Ensure the return of drums for filling these drums again. Ensure to maintain the record of empty returns drums in SAP after getting inward SMRS from weighbridges. Ensure the return of the drums to the same plant from which they were dispatched. Coordinate with customers for the timely return of drums and send them details in writing on a monthly basis.
• Maintenance of Glucose Tankers. Ensure cleanliness and fitness of company dedicated tankers fleet to supply of Liquid Glucose bulk supplies to customers. Keep an eye of Tankers rotations and better management of supplies.
• Maintain OTIF target: To ensure timely arrangements of vehicles & tankers Ontime in full in deliveries of products for their entire satisfaction of customers and maintain the customer service levels.
• Customer Service: Resolution of customer issues related to the execution of their timely orders and keeping them informed about the status of deliveries. Keep a close eye on the transporter?s malpractice and delayed delivery tactics. Ensure to arrange transport at the cheapest rates to satisfy customers.
• Coordination with Production, Quality & warehouses: Close coordination with the warehouse for timely and accurate loading of materials. Follow-up with the production team for product availability and timely clearance from Quality control.
• Monitoring: Maintain company software to monitor the finished goods arrivals and movement at the Faisalabad Plant

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor of Business Administration / BA / BSc

• Work experience ? 0 to 1 years with SAP, Excel, and Sharepoint. Preferred experience in digitalization and atomization, above-average IT skills, or transport and inventory management.

Desirable requirements:

• Supply chain & logistics experience is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English
