By carrying out business operations in close collaboration & coordination with all 3rd Parties, GSK CTC team, CHC and other concern areas to provide better services to our customers.As Assistant Manager Warehouse will be responsible for invoicing / distribution management, communication and transportation in consultation with 3rd Party Logistics. Support delivery of Commercial targets through effective WD / CSL processes. To support in meeting the CS&L operating cost targets by Contributing in Cost to Serve projects. Support in the delivery of Inventory target, eliminate waste & QMS/EHS KPIs. Acquaintance of Drug Laws and regulatory compliance requirements. As GPS champion responsible for daily performance meetings with 3pl team and implementation of GPS standard. Assistance to HO team on different projects and time to time assigned responsibilities.Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor?s degree in business or engineering sciences
• 2 + years Experience in Warehouse Management / Distribution Supply Chain Setup.
• MS office, Analytics and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Operates an effective and efficient Supply Chain distribution Setup for the distribution of GSK Rx Pharma products to all its customers.
• Close Coordination with 3rd parties in warehousing, logistics, physical dispatch of stocks against released orders as per daily schedule & with timely availability of products & Cost effectiveness.
• Meeting OTIF KPIs? by ensuring on time 100% flow of goods and materials from 3rd Party Logistics in alignment with the commercial strategy by avoiding any delay in the transportation process and distribution.
• Managing Institutional dispatches/supplies through 3rd Party Logistics against Verified orders, stocks availability, Stamping / Overprinting activity, documentations in coordination with the institutional CTC team and respective distributors for the consolidation and development of the business.
• Arrange direct supplies in case of MSD / tender business / PDF in the presence of GSK representative.
• Maintain complete record of all dispatches (invoices, delivery Challan & temperature/Quality records) as per policy for ready reference against quality / sales audit trails.
• External Audits requirements queries & arranging documentations for Intellectual Property & IBR Audits.
• Weekly W&D meetings for maintaining of required inventory levels in line with the Monthly demand.
• Weekly & Monthly W&D Performance meetings / Dash board & Performance implementation as per KPIs.
• All Documentation handling & record keeping. Verification of all 3rd parties billing.
• Ensuring company?s stocks are cyclically counted, appropriately safeguarded and properly stacked at assigned locations at 3rd Party Logistics enabling their smooth and comfortable retrieval.
• Monitoring the implementation & requirements of QMS / Complaints & EHS by 3rd Party Logistics in line with their Quality agreements (SLRs).
• Handling of In-house Near Expiry on monthly basis & distributors market Expiry shifting to DC for write-off & incineration of expired stocks through contractor in line with the procedures after approval from CS&L operations.
• Any other additional Job assignments.
